Outside

To the front of the house is a walled courtyard garden divided between a parking and garage area and a paved and gravel garden area, with outside seating directly accessed from the kitchen.

 

To the rear of the house, below a terrace accessed from the grand salon, is a walled garden, with fountain, and formal planting, with several dining and more relaxed seating areas.

From the rear are extensive views of the Auxois over the roofs of the outer areas of the town.

There is external lighting to enable the use of the outside in the evening.
